ABOUT Live Life Well Yoga
Live Life Well Yoga is the name I have given to my yoga business. Primarily I run my own classes within the Stone area of Staffordshire, but have taken classes within leisure centres. I have also run sessions at company events with a focus on the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being. My classes are taught with fitness in mind, but are multi-level, meaning that rather than teach a beginner or advanced class, clients are encouraged to work at a level that is appropriate for them. Many clients have started as complete beginners with me, some have had some limited prior experience and some who have practiced for a long time.
Over time, yoga helps develop strength, balance, flexibility and for me, a sense of calm and well being. Clients’ feedback tells me the breath practice work we have done has also been a useful tool in reducing stress for them at times. I have found yoga has helped me tremendously over the years I have practiced and it now brings me real joy to share that with others.

I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2017 through GX Training and passed an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. I am also a Registered Yoga Associate with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
I have practiced Yoga for over twenty year now and decided to train to become a Yoga Teacher because I am so passionate about the benefits it delivers to both fitness and general personal well being.
