As a guy, I had thought of yoga as being a bit soft and floaty, then I tried it and I was so wrong. It is a great workout and benefits you in so many ways – strength, balance and flexibility, as well as a feel good factor. Great class Rachel

I attend the class on a Monday and Thursday evening. The classes are made up of both male and females, of varied ages and mixed abilities. The classes are extremely friendly, relaxed and welcoming in a perfect venue. My core strength has improved and my upper body strength. Rachel teaches with a professional manner being aware of anyone\’s physical restrictions and adapting the moves to suit them.

The class is structured brilliantly so that a beginner or expert can thrive- there is always a challenge to do! I would recommend this class to anyone- it is a gem of a class.

Rachel’s classes are fun, friendly and welcoming. There is a relaxed atmosphere where all levels of ability are catered for through adaptations to the traditional yoga poses. We are always encouraged to work at our own pace making me feel comfortable but challenged to develop and refine my yoga practice.
